So here’s the deal, being able to cook eggs is something that often gets passed over and forgotten. The 100 pleats in a chefs toque represent the number of ways that a chef has mastered how to cook an egg. Poaching can be one of the trickiest ways too cook an egg and expect a perfect doneness. Bene’s, hands down, is the only place that I have come across where the eggs are prepared perfectly! I would stake my professional reputation on it. This is officially my favorite breakfast restaurant.

I love it’s a Veteran owned and operated restaurant. I ate the 1/2 Salmon and 1/2 Cali. Both were exceptional. Wife had 1/2 Chorizo and 1/2 Southern. Again, both were amazing. I recommend anyone to Bene’s. Support your local veterans and small businesses!
